MOTHER PATRICIA ANN HAYES
Jurisdictional Supervisor, Minnesota Ecclesiastical Jurisdiction
Mother Patricia A. Hayes came to Minnesota from New Jersey to pursue educational and career goals. She graduated from Humboldt Institute in Minneapolis and attended the University of Minnesota and Metropolitan State University. She completed the Leadership Institute for Ministry Excellence Program at the University of St. Thomas.
Her secular career has been primarily in Human Resources with special emphasis in Benefits Administration and Information Systems.
Mother Hayes’s spiritual experience is exciting and inspiring. She was saved at the New Covenant Church of God in Christ in January 1980. Not long after her new birth, the Lord called her into the teaching ministry. This Spirit-filled woman followed the call of God and has been obedient to God in conveying the Gospel message. Mother Hayes received her Missionary license in 1982 and Evangelist license in 1984. She was appointed District Missionary of the William B. Williams Metropolitan District in 2007.
On November 7, 2008, during the 101st Holy Convocation of the Church of God In Christ she was installed Supervisor of the Department of Women, Minnesota Jurisdiction. In May 2013, Supervisor Hayes was acknowledged as a new member of the Women’s International Convention/Crusade Special Convention Assistance Committee. She served as the Host Supervisor of the Women’s International Convention in May 2015. In November 2015, she was elevated to the Advisory Board of the International Department of Women. She currently serves as the Secretary of the Advisory Board.
Mother Hayes’s ministry involvement is varied. She is totally committed and fully involved in ministry. She is esteemed very highly by her Jurisdictional Bishop, her District Superintendent, and her peers.
She is an intelligent, articulate, and multitalented Woman of God. She is a woman for today who teaches the Word of God with great anointing. She is dedicated and faithful to God and His church. She is an excellent role model for the sanctified women. Her heart’s desire and prayer are for souls to be saved and lives to be enhanced. Supervisor Hayes is a Godly Woman, and a Woman full of Good Works. God has brought her into His kingdom for such a time as this.
