3. Under Personal Account, the user should enter in their User ID(email) and password. If the individual previously had an ICAS User ID/email and password, they should log in using that information.
*For all new users, they will need to Request an account and be activated by their Jurisdictional Secretary.
4. Criminal Background Check and Online Training: The pre-requisites for licensing and appointments can be accessed through the ARC system. Underneath each user’s General ARC Dashboard, they should click the following and follow the prompts.
